Key Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: Within 5 business days of delivery

  • Eligible Returns: Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

  • Ineligible Returns: Change of mind purchases

  • Condition for Return: Items must be in original packaging and saleable condition (no marks, dirt, wrinkles, or altered fibers)

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless SubhaCraft made an error

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, DIY kits, and items with special notations

  • Refund Process: After inspection, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

U.S. Shipping & Tariff Notice

  • Shipments to the U.S. are subject to a 10% base tariff plus import duties (~6%).

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

  • Shipping companies will contact buyers to collect these charges before delivery.
